Kirti Engineering proudly presents the Volumetric Doser Series, a state-of-the-art
dosing solution designed for the accurate mixing and dosing of masterbatch, additives,
and other granulated materials in plastic processing lines. Available in both Single
Screw and Double Screw configurations, our dosers are crafted to meet the diverse
needs of extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding applications.

With a combination of smart control, high-speed servo motors, and durable construction,
our dosers ensure a smooth and reliable operation with minimal maintenance
requirements.

Heavy-Duty Three Phase Motor

Equipped with an energy-efficient, squirrel cage induction motor, the pump ensures high
starting torque, low power consumption, and reliable operation even during long working
hours in challenging environments.

Submersible, Hassle-Free Operation

Thanks to its fully submerged installation, the pump remains cool and noise-free and
eliminates the need for priming. This means zero air-lock issues and 24/7 uptime with
minimal supervision.

Corrosion-Resistant & Rugged Design

Constructed using high-grade stainless steel shaft, cast iron body, and abrasion-resistant
impellers, this pump can withstand harsh water conditions and rough usage over years.

Thermal & Voltage Protection

To protect the motor from damage, the pump features optional thermal overload protectors
and is designed to handle voltage fluctuations, ensuring extended motor life.

Optimized for Agricultural and Industrial Needs

Designed to deliver high head and discharge, making it perfect for multi-point irrigation,
water lifting from deep sources, and filling large overhead tanks or reservoirs.
