moulding applications. Designed to maintain consistent mould temperatures throughout the
production cycle, our MTCs enhance product quality, reduce cycle time, and ensure smooth,
trouble-free operation across a wide range of industries.
Our MTCs are available in both water-based systems (up to 95°C) and oil-based systems (up
to 150°C), offering flexibility to meet the specific thermal requirements of your moulding process.
These systems circulate coolant through the mould’s internal channels to preheat and maintain
the desired temperature during each cycle, stabilizing heat flow and improving moulding
consistency.
With a digital display showing both the set and actual temperature values, operators have
clear visibility and control at all times. Our advanced microprocessor control system, combined
with high-pressure, high-flow pumps, ensures uniform coolant distribution and responsive
thermal management. Built-in safety features like dry run protection, automatic water
refilling, and fault indication alarms guarantee safe and reliable operation.
